The parcel of the vintage is a special cuvée, that honors each year the plot that reflecting in our eyes the singularity of the new vintage.

Born in 2021 at Lucia’s instigation, it has been called Miracle, because each new year is different from the previous ones, and it’s always a miracle to produce wine. Only the 2022 vintage is called Byzance.

We are fortunate to have 16 plots with their own characteristics: terroir, exposure and age of the vines.

We don’t work all our plots in the same way, adapting our cultivation methods to suit to the specific characteristics of the vines, the terroir and the year’s climatic conditions.

All our plots are harvested, vinified and matured separately. The principle: one vat = one plot.

This method of working allows us to choose each year, the plot most representative of the vintage.

It benefits from a special winemaking method, the secret of which we preserve.

And Nature returns the favor by offering us a signature vintage every year.
